Kalpana Shankar Joshi is an RCI recognized Senior Consultant Audiologist & Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated in 1993 from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing Mysore. She has an experience of more than 27 years in field of Audiology and Speech therapy.
- Worked as Audiologist in KIMS Karad (Maharashtra), Lecturer at Karnataka Institute of Speech and Hearing- Bangalore & Audiologist in Sagar Hospital Jaynagar since 2005.
- She has been an integral part in developing a unique collaborative approach to speech therapy, vestibular rehabilitation & hearing care including the prescription of hearing aids, clinic development, and various patient-centered and social outreach activities.
- She is highly dedicated to quality patient care and providing ongoing support and rehabilitation for those in her care.
Akhil Sajeev
Consultant Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist
Akhil Sajeev is an RCI-recognised Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist, currently serving as a Consultant Audiologist at Vistara Hearing and Speech Centre. He has worked across multiple hospitals, clinical facilities, and community-based awareness programs, providing comprehensive hearing and balance care.
He is a certified Vestibular Clinician, trained in Vestibular Balance Assessment and Management from KMC Manipal (MAHE), and continues to advance his expertise in vestibular diagnostics and rehabilitation, with a strong clinical focus on VNG-based assessment and individualized vestibular therapy.
With extensive experience in evaluating and managing individuals with hearing loss, his clinical work includes hearing aid prescription and advanced fitting, post-fitting auditory training, tinnitus counselling, therapy-based rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up care. A patient-centred and evidence-based approach guides all clinical decisions, ensuring effective outcomes and improved quality of life for individuals with hearing and balance disorders.

Sanda Maria is a Consultant Speech-Language Pathologist and Therapist who graduated in 2023 from Naseema Institute of Speech and Hearing, Bangalore. Since then, she has been working across various clinical, hospital setups, gaining valuable experience in assessing and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. She has worked extensively with both geriatric and paediatric populations and is especially known for her natural rapport and engaging approach with children. Her patient-centered care and dedication to therapy make her a valuable part of the rehabilitation team.
Devika M S
Consultant Audiologist & Speech Language Pathologist
Devika M S is a Consultant Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist, professionally trained at JSS Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru. She has clinical experience across hospital environments, private clinics, and rehabilitation centres, providing assessment and intervention for speech, language, communication, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
Her primary clinical interest is in paediatric speech and language disorders, where she is known for her engaging therapy style and strong treatment outcomes. She excels in designing child-friendly, evidence-based interventions that support communication development and overall functional progress.
She is currently expanding her expertise in adult neurogenic rehabilitation, including post-stroke dysphagia management, speech and swallow therapy, and voice rehabilitation, with active involvement in inpatient care and ongoing therapy planning.
